Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Beagle Forge LLC ("Beagle Forge," "we," "us") handles information in our apps, including Tiny Worlds Escape, and on this website.

The short version: there are no accounts, and we never ask for your name or email in our games. Your progress stays on your device. Tiny Worlds Escape is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device and usage information to show and measure those ads. You choose whether ads can be personalized, and you can change that choice at any time.

Information saved on your device

Your game progress, best scores, trophies, hint timers, and settings (such as music and sound) are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information, and it is removed if you delete the app.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through our apps. If you contact us, we receive the information you send (see Contacting support below).

Advertising

Tiny Worlds Escape uses Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, to show ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a hint. To provide ads, Google may collect and use:

device identifiers, such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) if you allow tracking, and the identifier for vendors;
your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location;
device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, and language;
how you interact with ads, such as views and taps, and diagnostic information about ad performance.

Google uses this information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure performance, prevent fraud, and, where you have agreed, show ads based on your interests. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Tracking on Apple devices: the app asks for your permission before your device's advertising identifier can be used. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Europe, the UK, and Switzerland: the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can agree, decline, or choose which purposes to allow.
US state privacy rights: if you live in a US state with consumer privacy laws, such as California, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
Privacy Choices: where these choices apply, you can review or change them at any time from Privacy Choices in the game's Settings.

If you decline personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.

Apple services

Some features may use services provided by Apple. When you use them, Apple handles that data under Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours:

Game Center: if you choose to sign in, Apple may display your nickname on leaderboards and achievements. We do not receive your Apple ID or contact details.
In-app purchases: if offered, all payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, keep it only as long as needed for that, and do not add you to any mailing list.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

Children's privacy

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Legal bases (Europe, the UK, and Switzerland)

Personalized advertising is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Privacy Choices. Non-personalized advertising, fraud prevention, and security are based on our legitimate interest in keeping our games free and safe to use.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold personal information from our apps, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google, but you are always welcome to contact us and we will help.

International transfers

Google may process advertising information in the United States and other countries. Where required, Google uses appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we add a new feature that handles data differently, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
